Gauri Nandan Saikia is a seasoned development and public health professional with over 19 years of experience in designing, planning, and implementing large-scale, donor-funded programmes across India. He has led and supported projects funded by USAID, GFATM, CDC, and government agencies, with a strong focus on health systems strengthening, women-led community initiatives, and evidence-based programming. His expertise spans project strategy design, implementation planning, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder coordination. Gauri has extensive experience working with tea garden communities, youth, and vulnerable populations, integrating health, education, and livelihood approaches. As an Advisor, he supports the leadership in translating vision into actionable strategies, strengthening implementation quality, and ensuring sustainable impact through data-driven decision-making and partnerships.
